Economy grade UPVC film tape for use with a hand dispenser to seal cartons with recycled fiber content, heavy ink coverage or rough surfaces. VP 719 offers high tack, is quick to apply without needing excessive rub-down, and is an excellent choice when moisture and subfreezing temperatures are involved.
