NestaFlex 200 Conveyor

Designed to expand, contract, and move easily, the NestaFlex® 200 is a self-tracking, gravity roller conveyor that has a per linear foot capacity of 200 pounds. The all-steel construction provides unmatched structural integrity, whether the conveyor is extended, contracted, or configured in simple or compound curves.

This unit is engineered to handle odd-shaped cartons, drums, and pails in low to medium-volume applications. It is the best choice for moving items without a flat, solid surface.

Features

Flexibility: NestaFlex conveyors are able to bend and twist as needed to go around obstacles. Conveyors can even curve up to 180º curves. The flexibility of NestaFlex conveyors also allows a single conveyor to service multiple doors.

Self-Tracking: Cartons will follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.

Expandability: NestaFlex conveyors are designed to expand and contract as needed to help with the loading and unloading process. Once trucks are loaded or unloaded, conveyors can be conveniently contracted and stored to save floor space.

Rollers: NestaFlex 200 comes with zinc-plated 1.375″ steel rollers. The zinc-plated rollers provide maximum durability.
