FREIGHT 500 AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOT

The Freight 500 moves case goods and smaller palletized loads autonomously, improving pick and putaway productivity by eliminating manual travel traditionally done with a pallet jack or forklift. At 40″ wide, the Freight 500 can maneuver through tighter areas and still handle payloads up to 500kg. The Freight 500 has a maximum payload surface area of 1265mm x 838mm and can accommodate EUR6 pallets and various cases, boxes, totes, and large items.

360° ROBOTIC VISION

Both the Freight 500 and Freight 1500 feature industry-leading dynamic obstacle avoidance technology as well as a certified hardware-based safety system which allows these large AMRs to navigate and operate safely around associates and vehicles. Each robot has eight 3D cameras and two LiDAR sensors for superior navigation and fast, safe stops when an obstacle is detected.
