MPS 14000 high speed band sealers with dual heating and cooling zones deliver an extraordinary 1,500 inches (3,810 cm) per minute of validatable sealing on any style heat sealable bag, including paper, poly, and heavy duty materials. Plexpack’s MPS 14000 is a versatile high performance sealer that provides an ideal solution for a wide range of applications where high throughput and validatable sealing are priorities.

The MPS 14000 provides high speed hermetic sealing on any type of heat sealable bag, up to 12 mil/300 micron thick (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted). The sealing process can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material and bag style, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag.

The MPS 14000 can be configured for horizontal or vertical sealing, and manual, semiautomatic or automatic loading. It is easily adjustable for a variety of bag sizes. Custom conveyors are available as an option to accommodate any bag size, weight, or special application.

The MPS 14000 offers true plug and play capabilities for reliable, easy-to-use operation in any production environment. Common applications include medical and pharmaceutical products, such as IV bags and medical devices. Additional applications include large, heavy resealable bagged products, such as dog food, fertilizer, and road salt.

The MPS 14000 features an easy-to-remove sealing module which reduces downtime to roughly one minute, where typical services are encountered. Other benefits include convenient maintenance and cleaning. The MPS 14000 comes standard with a 5.7 inch color touchscreen controller that simplifies operation and package customization. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up for all sealing processes.

Settings are available in imperial or metric measurements. Different languages can be programmed into the system. The easy to use touchscreen provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting data, and many management and reporting features. Because your bag sealing needs are unique, the MPS 14000 is made-to-order with numerous user-selectable specifications and a comprehensive feature set. At no additional charge, you can configure your bag sealer’s infeed direction, sealer orientation, sealing width, type of pressure rollers, among other features.
