APM TCBSDM-3/8 Table Top Band Sealer

Newly designed from APM is the model TCBSDM-3/8 Tabletop Conveyorized Band Sealing system with synchronized lower support conveyor and crank handle head height adjustment. This model is designed especially for stand-up pouches. Seal heights 2” up to 12” off the conveyor.

 

Features:

  • Materials Accepted: Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Tyvek, Foil, Nylon, Coextrusion, Cellophane, polylaminates and poly-coated paper materials.
  • Bags Accepted: Wicketted, non-Wicketted, lip type, flush cut, saddle pack, and flap type.
  • Bag Sizes: 2”-16” wide by 4”-22” long
  • Available Seals: Smokeless and Odorless Bead Trim, 1/8” Smokeless and Odorless seal and trim, 1/8”-1/4” Seal and Trim, 1/16”-1/8” wide Hot Bar Seal and Trim.
  • Heavy Duty Construction: Welded and painted steel with stainless steel contact surfaces.
  • USDA Approved: All SBP Stainless Steel models available, DS model not available in Stainless Steel.
  • Vertical Filling SBP Models: Available upon request.
  • Optional equipment: Custom Product Guides for the Speedy Bag Packager and Compression Plate for the Gravity Sealer are available upon request.
