Economical carton sealer glues two flaps – size adjustment in minutes
Hot Melt Glue
The hot melt glue system is the most popular Twinseal sealing method which minimizes flap compression time and works well with many different board materials and coatings.
Hot Air Sealing
Hot air guns can be used to seal cartons that have either pre-applied adhesive or double sided sealable coatings on the carton board.
Hand Crank Lateral Adjustment
The Twinseal with hand crank adjustment was developed specifically for production lines that have multiple carton sizes and must switch back and forth to meet marketing demands. To change over to a new carton size, the hand crank is easily adjusted to the appropriate carton size and locked in position. Changeover time is reduced to minutes and most change parts are eliminated.
Automatic Cycle
The Automatic Cycle option detects a carton in position for sealing and automatically starts the cycle.
Coding (Auto-cycle option required)
Deboss, ink and hot leaf coding systems are available for installation on the Twinseal to meet your specific requirements.
Automated Infeed Systems
Infeed conveyors are available to transport filled packages directly into the Twinseal without the need for an operator to feed loaded cartons directly into the Twinseal.

IPak’s Model RP-100 fully automatic Returnable Plastic Container erector is designed to form reusable plastic totes used by fresh fruit and vegetable growers, distributors and retailers. Packagers can take advantage of the natural cooling properties of RPCs as well as the economic and sustainable benefits of reusable transport containers. Switching from corrugated trays to more sustainable packaging no longer means sacrificing the economies of automation. The RP-100 machine is designed to securely form RPCs while reducing labor costs and repetitive strain injuries related to forming trays by hand. Reusable transport packaging simultaneously reduces environmental impacts and has the benefit of being washable and reusable, whereas soiled corrugated containers must be discarded and re-ordered. The RP-100 comes standard with a dual Easy-Load infeed magazine that allows 7 stacks of RPC to be primed for production at all times. It will continuously operate at speeds of up to 25 containers per minute and is backed by IPak’s nation-wide service team.
Standard Features
Method of Operation
Stacks of 20 to 30 knocked-down RPC totes are loaded onto the RP-100 from either side or from the ends onto the magazine. The tote stacks are advanced by the motor driven conveyor chain plate to the dual centering side push- ers. Once the stack is centered they are pushed into the hopper section where one tray at a time is bottom picked pneumatically. The RPC is advanced where the end and side walls are erected and pneumatic pushers secure the locking tabs. The erected tote is then discharged from the machine.

Features
Lantech Case Erectors create “good packages” by squaring up the case (90 degree corners) where the bottom flaps meet evenly without overlapping, and the sealing tape is applied evenly and has equal “legs” on the side of the box.
Cases that aren’t “square” are hard to pack, resist going through automatic sealers, don’t stack well (hard to align – stacking strength comes from corner alignment), and don’t look good. Our case erectors make square cases because:
1. The pickup frame provides two-panel control of the case as it transitions from knock-down to open position.
2. Unique slotted flap folders fold the major flaps while the case is stationary.
3. The minor flaps are also folded while the case is stationary.
4. Industry’s best service network and call center
You can rely on Lantech Case Erectors because they don’t jam! Jams are the number one cause of downtime for case erectors.
1. Powered magazine consistently delivers blanks to proper pickup (feed) position.
2. Pickup frame provides positive control of case and overcome manufacturing variations in the cases.
3. All flaps are folded while the case is held square by the pickup frame and before it moves into the side belts.
Lantech Case Erectors erect and seal a wide variety of applications which include:
-HSC and RSC cases
-B and C flute
-single wall
Lantech case erectors always open your cases squarely, fold the flaps without overlapping where they meet at the middle, and apply the tape securely and evenly along the bottom centerline.
Our case erectors make square cases because:
1. The unique case pickup frame provides two-panel control of the case as it transitions from knock-down to open position.
2. The minor flaps are also folded while the case is stationary.
3. Unique slotted flap folders fold the major flaps while the case is stationary.
Cases that aren’t square are more difficult to fill manually, and can be impossible to fill with automatic packers. They resist going through automatic sealers, increasing the frequency of disruptive line stoppages. They are difficult to align properly at the corners when stacking, often resulting in a hazardous loss in stacking strength.
BOTTOM-ONLY – RANDOM CASE FORMING
Loveshaw, celebrating 50 year of Innovation, Quality and Integrity, is proud to release the latest in a series of industrial grade high performance case sealers.
The Little David®SP-304R BO incorporates an anvil pack table station. This provides a table that allows the operator to form the box before sealing the bottom. Random side belt drives positively drive the box through the folding area and over the tape cartridge for a consistent bottom seal. The patent-pending CaseLocker 60 tape cartridge features tool-less quick release wipe rollers and knife blade.
