DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Education / Experience

High School Diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Minimum of 4 years in executive secretarial level position required.

 

Special Requirements

Ability to interface well with all corporate departments and to represent the company in a highly professional manner.  Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.  Develop positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

 

Software Skills

Excellent MS skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

 

Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and speaking voice.
