IPAK TF 260A Auto Tray Former

The Model TF-260 fully automatic tray former forms six-corner, one-piece telescoping trays, where all six minor flaps are formed and glued. This tray style is ideal for applications requiring full product protection and superior stacking strength, such as meat and poultry processing and distribution. It will continuously form six-corner trays at speeds of up to 25 trays per minute depending on tray size and specification. Various standard frame sizes are available to enable the TF-260 to form a wide range of tray sizes. Size changes are quick and easy, and can be performed in less than 20 minutes.
