The MPS 6100 is a low maintenance machine with easy access to the seal section and modular components for easy expandability as production needs to increase.

The MPS 6100 hermetically seals bags and pouches up to 2 lb/907 g without a conveyor. Should your bag exceed this weight, you can upgrade the MPS 6100 to the MPS 6500. The MPS 6500 is equipped with stainless steel, food-grade 6 in. x 6 ft (15.2 cm x 182.9 cm) conveyor and guide rails. The standard conveyor is adjustable and suitable for many bag sizes, while customizable conveyors are available to accommodate any bag size or weight.

The MPS 6100 comes standard with an Industrial PC and easy to use 5.7″ colour touchscreen interface that simplifies setting and tracking crucial controls like heat, seal pressure, and speed, and monitors your process with features such as bag counting. The easy to use PLC provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting data and many user-selectable preferences and management features. Settings are available in imperial or metric measurements.
