Through the successful management of a sales team, the Sales Director should be able to achieve growth and sales goals.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and guarantee it’s strong presence.
Establish and encourage strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify developing markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in the territory.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
At least four (4) years of experience sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy, persistent and organized.
Self-starter and positive team player.
